The complete structure passes through a rigorous anti-rusting process to ensure the permanent bonding of coatings. The proper curing of Coating gives a non-marring surface to ensure a long lasting surface finish. The Epoxy Powder Coating is cured at a temp of 200°C and Liquid Paint is cured at 125°C, twice, one at the primer stages and the other at the final paint stage. Two piece backs eliminate exposed fasteners and handhold makes it easy to move. The feet have been provided with non-marring glides to protect your floors and polypropylene bumpers help protect finish when stacked. Fashionable Fabric Upholstery (optional Flame Retardant) you can choose designs from our latest designs range or if desired can supply your own fabric for Upholstery.
