TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES

1.
Sales tax extra as applicable.
2.
Rates quoted are inclusive of packing in H.D.P.E. Woven
Sacks/ Gunny Bags. For crating Rs. 30.00 extra per chair and Rs.
150.00 per table.
3. Rates are ex our works in Gurgaon. Freight & Octroi extra on
actual.
4.
50% advance against order and balance 50% to be paid before
dispatch of material or documents to be negotiated through bank. All
Bank charges will be to buyers account. An interest of 24% per annum
will be charged if documents are retired after 15 days of the
dispatch of material.
5.
All the payments are to be made by A/C’s payee’s demand
draft, Banker’s cheque or Cheque in the name of FLEXO FOAM PVT. LTD
payable at New Delhi. No cash payments to be made.
6. Delivery period to be confirmed at the time of placement of
order.
7.
Duty of care imposed, All our products carry a warranty of
one year against any manufacturing defect. This warranty does not
cover the damage to upholstery, painting, powder coating, or
breakage in transportation or due to mishandling. Any complaint
should immediately to be brought to the notice of the company in
writing by registered post at 14 B 7007 Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh New
Delhi 110005.
8. Transit insurance can be arranged to buyer’s account.
9.
For overseas supplies 100% payment against irrevocable letter
of credit confirmed by an Indian scheduled bank.
10. Prices and specifications are
subject to change/revision at any time without notice at the sole
discretion of the company.
